Introducing Kevin Walker, Our Newest Senior Surveyor. 

Earlier this summer we welcomed a new member to the HartDixon team, Kevin Walker.

Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, having previously held positions at prominent firms such as LSH and JLL and has now joined the HartDixon team as a Senior Surveyor.

Following a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, Kevin entered the industry and is now a member of RICS, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the field.

Having primarily focused on the commercial sector, with an emphasis on offices, Kevin brings a breadth of experience to his new role. His expertise extends to working with investor clients across London, where he has been instrumental in delivering essential Surveying services, including acting as an Employer’s Agent, overseeing Contract Administration, devising comprehensive Planned Maintenance Programmes, conducting Dilapidations assessments, and managing Licence to Alter processes.
