Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
Aside from developing HartDixon into the preeminent Building Surveying Practice in the UK, Stuart likes to travel, tries to retain a level of fitness and indulge in his love of the finer things in life…

Huw joined HartDixon in 2013. With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
Huw’s experience covers all commercial sectors with further specialist experience in hotels/leisure. Huw is a keen runner and cyclist but also enjoys a round of golf and drumming.

Chris joined HartDixon in September 2014. He was previously at Rider Levett Bucknall and Lambert Smith Hampton, where he gained extensive experience in the commercial property sector with a strong focus on contract administration and dilapidations across a variety of sectors.
Chris has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying and Environment from Plymouth University and is a member of the RICS. Outside of work Chris enjoys most sports but particularly football and spending time with his young family.

Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
When not working, Simon enjoys playing football and tennis, he is also a keen runner and has taken part in several half marathons both in the UK and abroad. Simon has a degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

Charlie, a Chartered Engineer, brings a wealth of project management experience across retail, commercial office and critical engineering sectors. His career journey includes pivotal roles at NB Bailey and Landsec, where he spearheaded notable projects and played a key role in establishing the MYO flexible office brand. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects with finesse, Charlie has delivered numerous shell & core, CAT A, CAT B, public realm, engineering and technology projects.
Charlie’s open and collaborative approach enables him to successfully deliver multiple projects to a wide group of stakeholders and is poised to make a significant contribution as part of the Hart Dixon Team.
Outside of work, Charlie loves to be on the water kitesurfing and sailing, he also loves an extreme DIY project and the odd round of golf.

Barry started his career as a mechanical and electrical engineer, progressing to managing director and majority ownership of a firm of consulting engineers. Barry joined HartDixon in 2018 as senior project manager for high tech developments such as data centres. Barry’s credentials include BICSI RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer), and full membership of the Institute of Engineering Technology (MIET) and Association for Project Management (MAPM).
Barry has held volunteer positions in BICSI, a professional association supporting the advancement of the information and communications technology (ICT) profession, and in 2019 was elected director for the EMEA region.

With a focus on projects, Michael joined HartDixon in March 2020 to take the lead on delivering, exciting multi-million-pound developments of both residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining HartDixon, Michael qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the residential sector, specialising as an employer’s agent and contract administrator for affordable housing schemes, and later expanding his experience by moving into the commercial market, delivering high end retail and office fit-outs within London.
Michael has a masters in the Built Environment/Surveying and a degree in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham.

Jon joined HartDixon 2010. He was previously at Lambert Smith Hampton. Jon has experience in a full range of project management and building consultancy skills, including acting as project manager and employer’s agent for new build and refurbishment projects in the office, retail and industrial sectors. He also has a strong background in professional services including dilapidations, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys.
Jon has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent and is a member of the RICS. In his spare time Jon enjoys fishing, boxing and is a keen runner.

Ronan joined HartDixon as an Associate Partner in April 2022, promoted to Senior Associate Partner in January 2024. Prior to joining HartDixon, Ronan worked for Martin Arnold Ltd where he specialised in project management, employer’s agent and contract administration roles.
Ronan has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying but specialises in the commercial and residential sectors. Leading on major projects, Ronan has significant experience in high-end commercial fit outs along with residential refurbishments and new build developments.
Ronan finished his BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying in 2014 and is also a member of the RICS. Outside of work, Ronan enjoys travelling and is a keen sportsman across a variety of sports.

Michael joined HartDixon as Associate Partner in June 2021. He was previously at Groma Consulting and has specialised in contract administration, employer’s agent and project management on new build and fit-out works across commercial, educational, residential and laboratory sectors ranging in value from £50k-£105m.
Leading on major projects, he has significant expertise working with private lenders and undertaking project monitoring on small and medium sized residential and mixed-use developments.
Michael has a BSc (Hons) first class degree in Surveying (Building Surveying) from London Southbank University and is a member of the RICS.

Mark Healey is a Chartered Building Surveyor. He joined HartDixon in 2011. He has undertaken a variety of building surveying roles throughout his career and now specialises in project management, contract administration and technical due diligence. Mark has completed numerous high-end projects in the office and retail sectors along with various projects within the industrial and residential sectors.
Mark finished his MSc degree in Building Surveying and Environment from Northumbria University in 2013. He is also a member of the RICS. Mark enjoys travel, sport and construction in his spare time.

David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
David has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Kingston University and is a member of the RICS. David enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports and is a keen F1 enthusiast.

Ravi joined HartDixon in April 2023, having previously worked at Colliers and JLL. He has gained experience within the commercial sector, working with Landlords and Tenants across London and the Southeast. Ravi has a background in core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, dilapidations, contract administration and technical due diligence.
Ravi completed his undergraduate in Building Surveying from Coventry University, is a member of the RICS and an APC Assessor. In his free time, he enjoys staying active and growing his collection of Lego models.

Joshua joined HartDixon as a Senior Associate Partner in May 2025. Prior to joining HartDixon, Joshua specialised in professional services, with a particular focus on Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, advising institutional investors throughout the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to disposal.
Joshua has a broad range of experience across all disciplines of building surveying and project management, bringing fifteen years of specialist experience alongside more than twenty years of wider construction and development expertise. He specialises in professional services and has led on a wide range of development and refurbishment projects, including Cat A and Cat B fit outs, shell and core schemes, industrial refurbishments, super-prime residential developments and decarbonisation projects.
Joshua is a member of the RICS. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and has a keen interest in motorcycles, motorsport, travel, fitness and his own development projects.

Max joined HartDixon in August 2021 after becoming a chartered surveyor in June 2021. He was previously at AKSWard where he gained experience in a wide variety of commissions. Max specialises in contact administration and project management, defects diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance programmes and party wall.
Prior to AKSWard, Max worked for a Price Lilford, a small independent practice based in Canterbury. Outside of work, Max enjoys most sports having partaken in rugby to a high level previously, he also enjoys cricket, golf, skiing, sailing and football to name a few.

Kevin has a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of RICS. His recent experience is within the commercial sector, predominantly offices, for investor clients across London where he has provided core Building Surveying services including Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance Programmes, Dilapidations and Licence To Alter.
Outside of work, Kevin has a young family and interest in most sports whilst trying to retain a level of fitness. Kevin acquired a Black Belt First Dan during his youth and is currently trying his hand at golf.

Sunny joined HartDixon in September 2023, having previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate and L&Q Housing Association. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent and became a chartered surveyor in 2021. With over 8 years of experience, Sunny has a deep understanding of both residential and commercial sectors.
As a client-side Project Manager for Registered Providers, Sunny has overseen the procurement of affordable housing stock and managed large-scale estate regeneration projects with budgets ranging from £10-30 million. In the commercial sector, he specialised in construction delivery for fit-outs and refurbishments, handling projects with a cumulative value of over £80 million. His roles have encompassed Employer Agent, Contract Administration for CAT B refurbishments, Project Development Monitoring, and risk and stakeholder management.
In April 2023, Sunny was elected to the Young Member seat on the RICS Governing Council, the organisation’s highest governing body, including the RICS presidential team and global member representatives.
Outside of work, Sunny is a passionate advocate for inclusivity and youth empowerment, serving as a STEM and RICS Inspire Ambassador. He’s an avid podcast enthusiast, a touch rugby player at a social level, and a fan of video editing. Sunny also loves to travel, explore new locales, and support Arsenal football club.

George joined HartDixon in August 2025 after 17 years at Landsec, where he held a variety of roles including Technical Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. During his time there, he gained extensive experience in managing the operational delivery of Landsec’s London commercial property portfolio, which included offices, flexible office spaces, retail, and public realm assets.
His responsibilities covered service charge management, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), lifecycle replacement (LCR), and the procurement of contracts. Later in his career at Landsec, George also oversaw the delivery of office refurbishments, flexible office fit-outs, and engineering projects.
George began his career with a Building Services apprenticeship at Haden Building Management, part of the Balfour Beatty Group.
Outside of work, George is a keen sports enthusiast. While these days he spends more time watching than playing, he still enjoys skiing and is always looking to improve his golf game.

Joe is an Associate Partner who joined HartDixon in January 2024 with a focus on delivering various commercial schemes. Prior to joining HartDixon, Joe worked at Martin Arnold and Gleeds where he gained a wealth of experience predominantly across the residential and commercial sectors, but also within the education and sports sectors. His previous clientele comprises a mixture of private and public sector entities, namely various Housing Associations and Local Authorities, departmental Government bodies and Build-to-Rent landlords. Joe has a strong focus on project delivery, with a skillset suited to fulfilling the roles of Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator.
Joe has a post-graduate diploma in Building Surveying from London Southbank University, for which he received a scholarship for his studies. In addition, Joe achieved MRICS qualification as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2021.
Outside of work Joe’s passions include travelling, having previously travelled South America and Vietnam, exploring new places to eat and drink and maintaining a keen interest in sport, most notably football and boxing.

James is a Chartered Building Surveyor, joining HartDixon in August 2023, having previously worked for Daniel Watney and TFT Consultants; with a strong focus on commercial property where he was involved in Due Diligence, Project Management and Contract Administration, Dilapidations and Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules. He has also completed numerous projects within the residential sector. James has a post graduate degree in Building Surveying from University of the West of England and is a member of the RICS. Outside of work, James enjoys most sports having competed at Henley Royal Regatta and Round the Island Race; whilst also enjoying skiing, scuba diving, rugby and football.

Carolina is an accomplished Engineer, Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), and Senior Project Manager (MAPM) with over 10 years of international experience delivering more than 120 construction and property development projects across public and private sectors. She specialises in leading diverse teams and overcoming complex challenges through a solutions-driven, collaborative approach.
With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and community impact, Carolina has played a key role in promoting economic growth and social well-being, particularly in developing and rural areas. Her passion lies in integrating emerging technologies and forward-thinking design strategies to achieve high-impact outcomes.
Carolina is also a keen advocate for diversity, inclusion, and mental health in the construction industry. She champions the empowerment of women in the built environment and believes in the power of constructive dialogue and knowledge sharing to drive excellence.

Rohit is a chartered building surveyor who became an integral part of the HartDixon team in January 2024. His professional focus revolves around a diverse range of commercial building and property matters. Prior to joining HartDixon, Rohit contributed his expertise to Cushman & Wakefield, where he advised on various projects, including contract administrations, dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, planned preventative maintenance, technical due diligence, and licence to alter. His broad-spectrum tasks catered to industrial, public sector, and commercial clients.
Rohit holds an undergraduate degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and achieved his MRICS qualification in November 2022.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Rohit explores new cultures through travel which compliments his culinary interests. This passion for exploration extends to his work, where he brings a fresh perspective to each project. Rohit’s well-rounded approach positions him as a versatile and valued member of the HartDixon team.

Heather is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined the HartDixon team in February 2024. Heather previously worked for a large construction company and then onto building consultancies such as Colliers and Watts Group, where she completed and advised on a number of commercial building and property instructions, including Contract Administrations, Dilapidations for Landlords and Tenants, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Technical Due Diligence and Licence to Alter.
Heather undertook her conversion post-graduate degree in Building Surveying at London Southbank University, she subsequently chartered in December 2023. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and little boy, camping in her touring caravan, bike riding and paddleboarding.

Harry joined HartDixon in August 2022 from TFT consultants where he gained experience in a broad range of services lines including Contract Administration, Schedule of Dilapidations, planned maintenance schedules, RCAs and condition surveys, concentrating mainly on commercial and heritage buildings. He holds a Building Surveying degree from Kingston University and is now a Chartered Building Surveyor and member of the RICS. Outside of work, Harry enjoys playing football, cricket, basketball, and golf.

Serena joined HartDixon in November 2025, following ten years at AKT II, where she worked as a Structural Engineer across a diverse range of projects and sectors. Her experience spans the design and analysis of complex steel and concrete structures, developing a deep understanding of how engineering principles can drive effective project delivery.
With over a decade in the built environment, Serena now applies her technical background to project management, bringing a methodical, solution-oriented approach to every challenge. Her focus on collaboration, precision, and problem-solving ensures that each project benefits from both her engineering expertise and her strategic mindset.
Beyond the professional sphere, Serena is passionate about health and the outdoors. She enjoys running, hiking, and cycling, particularly long-distance bike touring. She also loves travelling, having taken a gap year to travel around the world.

Lizel joined HartDixon in May 2026. Prior to joining, Lizel worked for general contractors in Canada and client-side organisations in the UK, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Her background spans commercial, hospitality and public-sector developments in Canada, alongside retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes throughout the UK.
Lizel holds a degree in Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed an Erasmus exchange programme at Coventry University, where she undertook master’s-level studies in Project Management as part of her degree. Combining technical knowledge with practical project delivery experience, she has developed a strong understanding of the property lifecycle and the importance of effective stakeholder coordination.
Currently working towards chartered status through the RICS Project Management pathway, Lizel is passionate about delivering successful outcomes for clients through clear communication, organisation and collaboration.

Having recently graduated from the University of Reading with a distinguished BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, Amy has now set her sights on gaining her Chartership, a testament to her motivation and willingness to take on new challenges, which, combined with her passion for the field, is sure to set her up for success in her new role.
Amy’s degree enabled her to gain the technical and practical skills necessary to adequately inspect and analyse buildings, by studying the performance of buildings and acknowledging how different defects occur and the effects of it.
Beyond her professional ambitions, Amy loves to travel and read, hobbies that allow her to explore new places and immerse herself in diverse cultures.

Charlie joined HartDixon in 2026 as a Graduate Surveyor. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and has gained experience across a range of building surveying disciplines, including technical due diligence, condition surveys, schedules of condition and project work.
Charlie is currently working towards his APC, developing his knowledge and skills across all aspects of the profession.

Jackie joined HartDixon in 2016, the day after her birthday! She has previously worked at Strutt & Parker and The Crown Estate. At HartDixon, Jackie works closely with the Partnership team and providing PA support to Stuart Hart.
Jackie is passionate about health and wellbeing and is a trained yoga/movement teacher and massage therapist. She lives in the Kent countryside, loves going on long walks and autumn is her favourite season for sitting by the fire in cosy jumpers.

Emma joined HartDixon in June 2015. She previously worked at Barratt, London and has extensive PA and administration experience. Emma works closely with the building surveyors to ensure the smooth running of projects and is our ISO9001 and ISO14001 lead.
Emma has a passion for travelling and experiencing different cultures, she has travelled independently to SE Asia and volunteered in Cambodia.

Andrea joined HartDixon in September 2020. Before moving to London in 2009, she was a Paediatric Pharmacist specialising in General Medicine and Oncology at the Stollery Children’s Hospital in Canada. Andrea went on to work for the Haematology Department at the Royal Free Hospital before starting a family in 2012.
She is known for her love of walking (everywhere!), hosting dinner parties and escaping to warmer climates.
