Introducing Heather Gristey, our newest surveyor. 

Heather, a Chartered Building Surveyor, joined the HartDixon team in February 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining HartDixon, Heather refined her expertise at a large construction company and reputable building consultancies.

Throughout her professional journey, Heather has successfully undertaken and advised on a myriad of commercial building and property instructions. She’s highly experienced with Contract Administrations, Dilapidations for both Landlords and Tenants, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Technical Due Diligence, and Licence to Alter. Heather’s commitment to excellence was underscored by her post-graduate degree in Building Surveying at London Southbank University, culminating in her chartering in December 2023.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Heather enjoys time spent with her family and her little boy. An enthusiast of outdoor pursuits, she regularly goes camping with her touring caravan, cycling and taking to the water for paddle boarding.

Heather’s professional precedent and personal passions makes her an invaluable asset to the HartDixon team, and we look forward to her contributions for our clients.
