GIA Chartered Surveyors & Building Consultancy now HartDixon

A new dawn, a new horizon as HartDixon makes its mark in the world!

We are delighted to announce that after nine years trading as part of GIA Chartered Surveyors and three years as GIA Building Consultancy, we are now making our mark in the world as HartDixon.

Our new name is not so much a new start but to reinforce our own expertise to the property world, given that the GIA brand is so synonymous with rights of light and party wall. It is also recognition of all our hard work over the last 12 years in becoming an experienced, commercial independent property consultancy.

Having successfully made the transition to a new partnership three years ago, we’ve laid down the groundwork for a period of growth by expanding the breadth and depth of our team and skills, investing in the robust infrastructure of our business and want a new brand to reflect what we offer.

So, a new look and a new name but the same high-level property expertise and experience focussed on you, our clients.

For over 12 years we have successfully provided the intelligence, insight and knowledge our clients need to challenge and explore the right opportunities for their investments.

Our founders – Huw Dixon and Stuart Hart – have created a culture that allows our clients to explore innovative ways of generating value from property, balanced with an experienced and constant assessment of commercial risk. This culture runs throughout our organisation, ensuring that all the HartDixon team bring this balance to their respective clients and projects.
