We inspect (including the use of cradle access) and report on the office portfolio using state of the art technology to capture and present our findings.  Using our technical expertise, experience and technology, we identify both critical issues and long term life cycle costs to assist in planning future works.  Reports are presented to enable interrogation and filtering for all involved in the running of the buildings, from local operations managers to asset and fund managers.
