Project management services from stage 0 through to completion for the redevelopment of this site, including full Cat A+ refurbishment plus single storey vertical extension. The challenge for this building included working with agents and designers to transform the traditional office environment to a modern space for the new tenant. While only a one floor extension, the works included provision of a roof terrace, together with changing and storage facilities for cycle commuting.
