Ravi Patel Joins HartDixon As Our Newest Senior Surveyor

We are pleased to introduce our newest team member, Ravi, who joined our firm in April 2023. With an impressive background in commercial property, Ravi brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Before joining HartDixon, Ravi worked at Colliers and JLL, where he honed his skills in the commercial sector. He has worked with Landlords and Tenants across London and the Southeast, providing core Building Surveying services such as dilapidations, planned maintenance programmes, contract administration, and technical due diligence.

Ravi completed his undergraduate degree in Building Surveying from Coventry University, and he is also a member of the RICS and an APC Assessor. His expertise and qualifications make him an asset to our team, and we are delighted to have him on board.

In his free time, Ravi enjoys staying active and pursuing his passion for building Lego models. At HartDixon, we believe in supporting our team members both inside and outside of work, and we are excited to see how Ravi’s unique hobbies and interests will help him contribute to our firm’s success.
