Data Centre in UK achieves final BREEAM Excellent rating

We are incredibly delighted for NTT Dagenham, the first facility to achieve a final Excellent rating under the BREEAM Data Centres Scheme.

This development was originally targeted to achieve a BREEAM very good. However, we at HartDixon felt more could be done. As Project Managers, our suggestion to combine the shell development and fit-out into one submission allowed for this final excellent rating to be achieved.

We acted as project manager on this build, managing the design, procurement and construction of the shell and core, power supply and tenants fit-out interfaces for the new 80MW hyperscale data centre on a former contaminated industrial site in Dagenham , Essex.
