Congratulations to Ben Devonport on his recent promotion to Partner

We are delighted to announce Ben Devonport’s promotion to Partner. Ben’s contribution to our business and its success over the past five years has been invaluable.

A talented Chartered Building Surveyor, specialising in commercial property, Ben’s client portfolio spans propcos, global funds and developers including specialist investors such as REITs.

Over the past five years, Ben has focused on existing assets to drive the efficiency of tenant lease events and subsequent refurbishment or other professional advice for future occupants. Ben has also assisted in representing a variety of commercial tenants in need of assistance with delicate dilapidations matters, which has led to various webinar discussions with barristers and legal professionals in the industry.

Ben’s experience touches on all aspects of our business from property disputes to dilapidations (landlord and tenant), contract administration and project management through to planned preventative maintenance, reinstatement cost assessments, and licence for alterations.

Ben is an incredible asset to our team and we are excited about his role as part of our senior management team.
