Charlie Railton Joins HartDixon

Leading independent chartered building surveying and project management practice, HartDixon has appointed Charlie Railton as Partner for its project management business.

This news reinforces the company’s commitment to the growth of its project management services, which has been exponential in the past five years. 

Charlie previously spent 13 years at Landsec, heading up their asset management project delivery for the London Portfolio. During this time, he set up Landsec’s flex office model through the innovative MYO brand and delivered the first wave of developments.

Prior to his time at Landsec, Charlie developed his engineering career with NG Bailey on mid-tier and large scale office developments. A CIBSE chartered engineer and a Certified Energy Manager, he has a wealth of experience across all building systems and stages of the building’s lifecycle. In addition to his vast flex office experience, Charlie’s comprehensive background combined with his technical knowledge will support HartDixon’s growth in the data centres, logistics, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
