HartDixon is monitoring the redevelopment of a derelict site in Brighton where a new Premier Inn is being constructed. Located just off the sea front (on the site of the old play house), this is a confined site with the added complexity of needing to achieve quiet hotel accommodation in one of the liveliest locations in Brighton. With imaginative acoustic design, an experienced project team and proactive management, anything can be achieved.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Huw joined HartDixon in 2013. With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
