HartDixon was appointed as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents on the replacement works at Piccadilly Lights. This project required innovative thinking and a unique approach due to the bespoke nature of the project, which was the world’s first high-definition 4k curved screen. The challenge was that the structural works and services dedicated to the screen were designed and installed so that the building behind the screen could be demolished, whilst the new screen was in full operation.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Huw joined HartDixon in 2013. With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
