We are project managing the design, procurement, and construction of the shell and core, power supply and tenants fit-out interfaces for a new 80MW hyperscale data centre on a former contaminated industrial site in Dagenham, Essex. The landlord’s works are nearing completion for this 200,000 sqft project, and it is intended that the data centre will be open for business in second quarter of 2020.
