HartDixon was instructed to provide a development appraisal of an industrial site with planning consent for the purchaser, which was in the process of being cleared. Following the purchase, HartDixon monitored the works undertaken by the developer to completion. The scheme involved the construction of a new 70,000 sq. ft industrial unit with ancillary office space and needed to achieve high ESG credentials (PV, EV charging, BREEAM excellent, EPC A+) and a versatile specification for a range of future occupiers (12m eaves height, dock levellers and level access doors).
