EXPERTISE:

The project involved building wide services replacement to the central plant, lift and service provisions to the office floors and common parts.

Furthermore, the works included replacement of the external windows and roof coverings, whilst parts of the building remained in tenanted occupation, creating its own challenges to the project team.

The project achieved an EPC B rating and delivered a high grade CAT A+ fit out befitting for the location.
