We oversaw the CAT-A refurbishment of the ground, 1st, and 2nd floor office spaces, as well as the common areas, WC, and shower facilities. The project significantly enhanced the building’s performance, including improvements to the EPC rating, through the installation of new windows, a new roof, and additional insulation.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
