HartDixon are project managing this redevelopment of an under-used surface car park on a very constrained site next to the Grand Union Canal. Challenges included the early investigations that revealed the presence of a trunk water main on the site, which was not shown on land registry deeds and has required patient negotiation with the utility to work around.
