Following the successful negotiation of the dilapidations claim, HartDixon was instructed to undertake a Cat A refurbishment of the 4th floor office space. The client was keen to avoid unnecessary waste with a strong focus on sustainable measures whilst achieving a comprehensive Cat A fit-out, we were able to retain elements of the ceiling installations, sanitaryware and repair and deep clean the raised access floor to achieve an almost new finish. Alongside this, an upgrade of the WC finishes was provided to achieve a modern and market-ready space. The retention of the above items allowed HartDixon to save the client money, meet sustainability targets and provide a shorter programme meaning the space could be let quicker.
