HartDixon is pleased to welcome Heather Gristey back to the business, as she rejoins the team as a Senior Surveyor.
Heather is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience across both contractor and consultancy environments. She initially joined HartDixon in February 2024 and brings a strong technical grounding alongside a practical, commercially minded approach to building consultancy.
Prior to HartDixon, Heather worked for a large construction company before moving into consultancy roles at firms including Colliers and Watts Group. During this time, she delivered and advised on a wide range of commercial property instructions, including Contract Administration, Dilapidations (for both landlords and tenants), Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Technical Due Diligence and Licences to Alter.
Heather completed her post-graduate conversion degree in Building Surveying at London Southbank University and achieved Chartered status in December 2023, marking an important milestone in her professional development.
Her return strengthens HartDixon’s building surveying capability and reflects the firm’s continued investment in experienced professionals who align with its collaborative, client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and young son. She is often found exploring the outdoors, whether camping in her touring caravan, cycling or paddleboarding.
HartDixon is delighted to welcome Heather back to the team and looks forward to her continued contribution as the business grows.
