Welcome to the team, James Child

HartDixon is delighted to introduce James Child, our Chartered Building Surveyor, who joined our team in August 2023. James brings a wealth of experience to our firm, having previously worked for Daniel Watney and TFT Consultants.

James has established himself as a prominent figure in the field of commercial property. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including Due Diligence, Project Management, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, and Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules. Additionally, he boasts an impressive portfolio of completed projects within the residential sector.

James holds a postgraduate degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England and is a proud member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Outside of the professional sphere, James is an active individual with a passion for sports. He has competed in prestigious events such as the Henley Royal Regatta and the Round the Island Race. His diverse interests extend to activities like skiing, scuba diving, rugby, and football.
