CAT A+ Office Refurbishment: Providing a plug-and-play office setup, ready for tenant occupation

HartDixon was appointed as Project Manager for the refurbishment works at 123 Victoria Street, London. Our role involved managing the refurbishment of two floors on behalf of the landlord, Landsec.

Working with Charles Edward, the main contractor, the refurbishment was undertaken within eight weeks – resulting in a beautiful Cat A+ office workplace.

Cat A+ is a relatively new concept. Defined as the link between Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, it serves as a mid-way point for landlords who are taking the interior design reigns to ensure the space is ready for immediate occupation. This often reduces the time to re-let the space and also increases rental rates.
