Trident Industrial Estate – Transforming two heavily dilapidated industrial units into high energy performance buildings – EPC B rating

HartDixon was appointed by Royal London initially to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of Trident Industrial Estate, Hoddesdon, which comprises a variety of industrial and trade counter units.

Following Royal London’s purchase of the site, we have been retained to provide a variety of Building Surveying services, including Contract Administration associated with the complete refurbishment of two existing heavily dilapidated units and improving their EPC ratings from F to B.

Working closely with the Asset Managers our involvement has resulted in the 100% occupancy of the estate.

We are continuing to actively work on the estate including monitoring tenant fit out works and managing the supply and installation of new gas supplies to existing units.
