HartDixon welcomes Lizel Shabudin to the team

HartDixon is pleased to welcome Lizel Shabudin, who joins us as Assistant Project Manager, bringing with her over five years of experience across the construction sector in both the UK and Canada.

Prior to joining HartDixon, Lizel worked for general contractors in Canada and client-side organisations in the UK, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Her background spans commercial, hospitality and public-sector developments in Canada, alongside retail fit-out and refurbishment schemes throughout the UK.

Lizel holds a degree in Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed an Erasmus exchange programme at Coventry University, where she undertook master’s-level studies in Project Management as part of her degree. Combining technical knowledge with practical project delivery experience, she has developed a strong understanding of the property lifecycle and the importance of effective stakeholder coordination.

Currently working towards chartered status through the RICS Project Management pathway, Lizel is passionate about delivering successful outcomes for clients through clear communication, organisation and collaboration. She brings an enthusiastic and proactive approach to every project, supporting teams to achieve efficient and effective delivery.

Outside of work, Lizel enjoys travelling, learning new languages, maintaining an active lifestyle and spending time with her dogs.

We’re delighted to have Lizel on board and look forward to the energy and international perspective she brings to the HartDixon team.
