Before joining HartDixon, Joshua worked at Trident Building Consultancy, where he specialised in professional services, advising institutional investors throughout the asset lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to disposal.
Specialising in Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, Joshua has developed detailed expertise in advising clients across all stages of the property lifecycle. Building on this foundation, he has delivered a wide range of development and refurbishment projects, including Cat A and Cat B fit outs, shell and core schemes, industrial refurbishments, super-prime residential developments and decarbonisation projects, bringing a structured and client-focused approach to every instruction he undertakes.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his young family. He has a keen interest in motorcycles, motorsport and travel, and channels the same energy and drive into his own development projects.
