HartDixon was instructed to undertake a comprehensive Technical Due Diligence survey in connection with the acquisition of a single-let office building in the City of London.
The commission required a detailed assessment of the property’s condition and performance, including the structure, external envelope, roof areas, common parts and occupied tenant spaces. The objective was to provide the client with a clear understanding of the building’s physical condition, potential risks and future liabilities ahead of the proposed acquisition.
Through a thorough inspection and targeted due diligence review, HartDixon delivered practical, commercially focused advice to support the client’s investment decision-making process. The survey provided a robust assessment of the asset, enabling the client to proceed with confidence and a clear understanding of any future maintenance and capital expenditure considerations.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.

Chris joined HartDixon in September 2014. He was previously at Rider Levett Bucknall and Lambert Smith Hampton, where he gained extensive experience in the commercial property sector with a strong focus on contract administration and dilapidations across a variety of sectors.
