HartDixon provided defect analysis advice initially, followed by Contract Administration and Principal Designer services for the proposed remediation of the basements of all 6 properties following significant water ingress, along with then the internal and external refurbishment of the remaining upper floors of the properties to a very high standard, ready for the properties to be placed on the market.
