HartDixon was appointed to undertake Project Management and Contract Administration services for the external repair and decoration and internal common areas refurbishment to various properties on The Bedford Estates.
Our role included identifying elements of external repair and advising on the appropriate remedial methods required for the historic buildings. The works also included liaising with English Heritage regarding sympathetic repair methods.
The buildings were a combination of commercial and residential which required a tenant-facing service, working with occupants to cause minimum disruption to their business and use of property. This was particularly important when undertaking the internal refurbishments of the common areas.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
