Our team conducted Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys across eight different properties in central London on behalf of our client. Through these surveys, our surveyors provided detailed assessments, offering valuable insights on both current maintenance needs and future requirements, ensuring the client is well-prepared for long-term property upkeep.

Jon has experience in a full range of project management and building consultancy skills, including acting as project manager and employer’s agent for new build and refurbishment projects in the office, retail and industrial sectors. He also has a strong background in professional services including dilapidations, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys.
