HartDixon was appointed by the client to act as Contract Administrators on the internal and external refurbishment of the Grade II listed site in Victoria, central London. The works included, but are not limited to, the replacement of a number of modern shop fronts with types that match the original, in order to bring the arcade back to how it would have looked when originally constructed. We carried out a condition survey at the start of the commission, prior to drafting the proposed scope of remedial works.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
