HartDixon was engaged to act as Employer’s Agents for a proposed cladding remediation project, which had already begun the process of securing the necessary funding. The project presented unique challenges, including collaborating with an established client, leaseholders, and project team, while also coordinating with the original developer, who had committed to funding the works. Effective stakeholder management was critical to the project’s success. Regularly scheduled meetings with all key parties ensured clear communication and alignment, facilitating the seamless delivery of the project objectives.

Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors.
