Rhodium Residence Management is a managing agent for luxury super-prime and multi-million pound homes in London. Made up of prestigious mixed-use developments, where residential is the primary asset, our remit is as Licence to Alter advisers on new buildings working with residents and tenants preparing to move in. HartDixon is currently working across three sites on varying degrees of resident modifications. Due to the nature and public status of residents, all of our work is protected under NDAs.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Alex is an MRICS qualified senior building surveyor with wide ranging experience across key real estate sectors including commercial, industrial, prime residential and education. He joined the team in May 2021 from TFT Consultants and has a strong background in core building surveying areas including technical due diligence, dilapidations, party wall services, and planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
