We coordinated various consultants and undertook specialist investigations into a number of particular defects including failure from nickel sulphide inclusions within glazing, basement water ingress/dampness and failure of intumescent coatings. Through our expertise, we identified significant costs that would be incurred to remedy the defects assisting the purchaser in their transaction negotiations.

With over 25 years experience in all building surveying activities, he specialises in professional services, in particular dilapidations consultancy, project monitoring and due diligence, working for both public and private sectors. Before joining , Huw led the national dilapidations team within GVA Grimley (now Avison Young) and Lambert Smith Hampton before that, working throughout the UK and Europe.
