HartDixon carried out a detailed condition survey of the internal communal areas and external building fabric of the development, budget costs were submitted and HartDixon was next appointed to act as Contract Administrators for the subsequent refurbishment works, which included but not limited to external repairs and specialist stone cleaning, as well as internal and external redecorations. The existing stone cladding was heavily soiled throughout the development.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Simon joined HartDixon in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience. He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of building surveying and specialises in contract administration and project management for both the commercial and residential sectors. He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
