HartDixon acted as Project Manager/Employer’s Agent for the CAT-B fit-out of a split-level office space for our client’s new headquarters, spanning 6,500 sqft in Mayfair, London.
The commercial space, set within a six-storey heritage building, required a sensitive yet high-quality approach to balance modern workspace functionality with the character of its historic setting. The challenge was to deliver a bespoke, flexible headquarters that creates a warm, collaborative culture while providing a mix of communal open-plan areas, focused workspaces, and private offices.
The project faced a tight timeline, aligning with the client’s relocation dates, requiring efficient coordination between the design team, contractors, and stakeholders. The result is a beautifully designed, highly functional workspace that not only meets the client’s operational needs but also reflects their identity and long-term aspirations.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
