Expertise

HartDixon was appointed by the client to undertake non-intrusive condition surveys/PPMs of multiple underground stations across central and greater London areas, some of which are either listed or of historic interest. Our surveys included the internal building fabric such as all platforms, walkways, tunnels and back of house areas. Works included identifying both the current condition and then predicting the remedial works required over the following five years, along with associated budget costs. The survey work was carried out within programme and as per the agreed fee.
