Value: £60m
Location: London
Project Type: A mixed-use development scheme comprising both new build and extensive refurbishment/remodelling of existing buildings on the estate
Duration: n/a
Sector: Retail, Leisure and Residential
HartDixon was the project lead on a three acre masterplan in central Mayfair. This involved the redevelopment of the entire area to provide new boutique hotel, high end residential apartments and new retail units. We are expanding shop frontage and the associated public realm to allow for restaurants and cafes onto Lancashire Court.
This development is a sensitive and historic site with a strategy to increase the mass vertically and horizontally, as well as repurposing the existing properties.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.

Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
