HartDixon acted as Contract Administrator for a comprehensive refurbishment project across nine properties within the prestigious Sir Richard Sutton Limited London portfolio. Spanning prominent locations on Great Pulteney Street, Bolton Street, and Sackville Street, this project focused on repair and redecoration of the external elements of the properties.
As part of the project several internal common areas and receptions were also refurbished, incorporating contemporary design elements to create modern, welcoming spaces.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Jon joined HartDixon 2010. He was previously at Lambert Smith Hampton. Jon has experience in a full range of project management and building consultancy skills, including acting as project manager and employer’s agent for new build and refurbishment projects in the office, retail and industrial sectors. He also has a strong background in professional services including dilapidations, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys.
