HartDixon acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for the CAT-A+ refurbishment of a 2nd-floor workspace within The Featherstone Building, a landmark development by Derwent London.
The 12-week project focused on delivering a market-ready space that combined functional efficiency with Derwent London’s signature design-led aesthetic. Our role covered the full project lifecycle, from design development through to completion, ensuring a seamless process, clear communication, and close co-ordination with the design team and contractors.
The result is a high-quality, flexible workspace that enhances the building’s appeal to incoming tenants.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.


David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
David has a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Kingston University and is a member of the RICS. David enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports and is a keen F1 enthusiast.
