HartDixon was appointed as Contract Administrators and Project Managers to undertake the design and build for this CAT A and B refurbishment over 17,000 sqft of commercial office space.
A Design and Build procurement strategy was successfully executed to deliver key improvements, including remodeled toilet cores to increase WC provision in line with BCO standards and the creation of a new arrival space and lift lobby entrance. The project also marked the first floor in the building to have a HVAC strategy change. This was critical in upgrading the 6th floor EPC rating from ‘E’ to ‘A’. Additionally, the Cat B fit-out was completed to align with the occupier’s existing lease exit strategy.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Kevin has a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of RICS. His recent experience is within the commercial sector, predominantly offices, for investor clients across London where he has provided core Building Surveying services including Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance Programmes, Dilapidations and Licence To Alter.
