HartDixon commissioned a detailed schedule of condition of the building’s façade via abseil specialists, which identified each defect noted to the existing pre-cast concrete clad façade. Using the information obtained from the detailed schedule of condition, HartDixon was then appointed to act as Contract Administrators which included the drafting of a scope of works for the specialist repair of the defects noted, as well as then the application of a protective anti-carbonating decorative coating to all elevations. HartDixon was also appointed under a separate contract and following completion of the external refurbishment works to act as Contract Administrators for the proposed replacement of both apartment and communal fire doors throughout the building, with doors that are fully compliant with current regulations.

He also leads on large scale planned preventative maintenance condition surveys and due diligence services.
