HartDixon has worked with the Encore Estates team for over five years, during which time we have delivered Licence to Alter, Contract Administration and defects analysis, providing hands-on and ad-hoc support to residents and the landlord on a range of building types and ages.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Max joined HartDixon in August 2021 after becoming a chartered surveyor in June 2021. He was previously at AKSWard where he gained experience in a wide variety of commissions. Max specialises in contact administration and project management, defects diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance programmes and party wall.
