Provided project management and employers agent services, ensuring the seamless and diligent execution and integration of innovative and challenging design. HartDixon facilitated the collaboration between the design team, a number of key contractors, estate management and local stakeholders, providing expertise in project coordination and stakeholder management was key in delivering a cohesive and vibrant addition to Bishops Square and the surrounding area. Applied skills and knowledge as building surveyors to assist the team and the client with a complex construction contract and technically difficult construction.

With a focus on projects, Michael joined HartDixon in March 2020 to take the lead on delivering, exciting multi-million-pound developments of both residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining HartDixon, Michael qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the residential sector, specialising as an employer’s agent and contract administrator for affordable housing schemes, and later expanding his experience by moving into the commercial market, delivering high end retail and office fit-outs within London.
