8 Lincolns Inn Fields is a Grade II listed legal chambers within the heart of Holborn, the city’s principal legal district. HartDixon were appointed to prepare a TDD Acquisition Survey and coordinate services engineers and environmental consultants providing advice on the current condition of the former legal chambers.
This was done in anticipation of the property undergoing a major refurbishment becoming MKS PAMP Group’s new London Headquarters building.
The report highlighted defects with the historic façades where inappropriate methods of repair had been previously used and identified other risks and opportunities associated with the purchase.
