HartDixon acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents for this high-end CAT-B office refurbishment, including refurbishment of four residential units on the upper floor, and the introduction of high spec ‘end of trip’ amenities within the basement. HartDixon were instrumental in coordinating the project team and client, through and evolving dynamic design which was driven by changing client requirements through the later starters of the design and into the construction stage. HartDixon was able to minimise significant programme impact and deliver an outstanding ‘best in class’ office space in the heart of the West End.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
With a focus on projects, Michael joined HartDixon in March 2020 to take the lead on delivering, exciting multi-million-pound developments of both residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining HartDixon, Michael qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the residential sector, specialising as an employer’s agent and contract administrator for affordable housing schemes, and later expanding his experience by moving into the commercial market, delivering high end retail and office fit-outs within London.
