HartDixon was employed as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents for the full refurbishment of this 5 floor circa 1970’s office building in the heart of Fitzrovia. The works comprised CAT-A+/B refurbishment to each floor including the full replacement of the HVAC central plant; as well as the refurbishment of the reception, common areas and “end of trip” amenity space.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
