HartDixon was instructed to undertake the Cat A+ refurbishment of the 3rd and 4th Floors of 31 Dover Street. The client was keen to achieve a high-end office space, that was ready for a new tenant to move in immediately, a ‘plug and play’ set-up. HartDixon worked alongside the design and fit-out contractor, Space Workplace, to achieve a high-quality finish that maximised the floor plate. Works included complete renovation with revived finishes, new joinery, glazed partitioning, new lighting and new air conditioning. Alongside this, an upgrade of the WC finishes was provided to achieve a modern and market-ready space. A refresh of the common areas was also completed as part of the works.
