HartDixon acted as Project Managers and Employer’s Agents for this high-end CAT-B office refurbishment, including refurbishment of two residential units on the upper floor, and the introduction of high spec ‘end of trip’ amenities within the basement. HartDixon were instrumental in coordinating the project team and client, through an evolving dynamic design which was driven by changing client requirements through the later starters of the design and into the construction stage. HartDixon was able to minimise significant programme impact and deliver an outstanding ‘best in class’ office space in the heart of the West End.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Max joined HartDixon in August 2021 after becoming a chartered surveyor in June 2021. He was previously at AKSWard where he gained experience in a wide variety of commissions. Max specialises in contact administration and project management, defects diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance programmes and party wall.
