HartDixon served as the Project Manager and Contract Administrator for an exceptional high-end residential refurbishment of a Grade II listed building overlooking Regent’s Park. The project involved navigating the unique challenges associated with preserving the historical integrity of the property while delivering a modern, luxury finish. HartDixon ensured the seamless co-ordination of all stakeholders, managing the intricate balance between conservation requirements and client expectations. The result was a superbly executed refurbishment that not only respected the heritage of the building but also enhanced its overall value and aesthetic appeal.

With a focus on projects, Michael joined HartDixon in March 2020 to take the lead on delivering, exciting multi-million-pound developments of both residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining HartDixon, Michael qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the residential sector, specialising as an employer’s agent and contract administrator for affordable housing schemes, and later expanding his experience by moving into the commercial market, delivering high end retail and office fit-outs within London.
