HartDixon was appointed by the client to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for a 2,500sqft penthouse apartment remodelling/refurbishment in Hyde Park Gardens. Works were to reconfigure the layout of the apartment, to create a more modern and open plan space. Finishes and fittings were of the highest quality and their installation needed careful consideration to take into account sophisticated MEP installations providing a highly controlled environment.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
Stuart founded HartDixon in 2008. A Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years, he specialises in project management. Stuart works primarily on private sector projects, ranging from large mixed use Central London cut and carve schemes to out-of-town new build industrial sheds. Before HartDixon, Stuart had started up and ran the London Commercial Building Consultancy office for the Frankham Consultancy Group. Before that he worked for DTZ on commercial projects and building surveying services.
