HartDixon undertook Project Management and Employer Agent services for our client TCE for the internal/external refurbishment works to this Grade II listed building. The project was procured using a Design and Build route, to reinstate the original features of the property and provide the Landlord (TCE) with a ‘white box’ finish, whilst also accounting for specific requirements from the upcoming tenant.
HartDixon is known for acting as a credible and excellent project lead. We will manage the team, administer the works both practically and financially to completion.
David joined HartDixon in May 2014, having previously worked within the valuations and commercial agency sector. At HartDixon, David is heavily involved in project management and contract administration as well as a wide range of other building surveying services such as dilapidations, RCA’s and building surveys. He has completed numerous projects in the Office, Residential and Industrial sectors.
